Matt Jones
President/CEO

Matt has been a telecommunications professional for almost 20 years. He began his career with Ericsson as an RF Engineer and left as a Director of Sales, focusing on small and medium sized operators. In 2012 he started Lagrange Global Consulting Inc., an operations and strategy consulting firm, where he worked with SMBs and startups. In 2017 he started Fourier Network Solutions Inc. and acquired assets and personnel relevant to in-building construction for telecommunications. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, with a minor in Mathematics, from Texas A&M University and an MBA (Investment Finance and Entrepreneurship) from The University of Texas at Dallas, where he was named a School of Management Distinguished Scholar.

John Pope
Head of Sales

Industry professional with more than 25 years of experience developing and growing wireless solutions. Focused on wireless engineering from initial concept through to product deployment and operation, John has innovated the industry by receiving five patents in the US and one internationally. 

John designed and rolled-out of one of the first CDMA networks in the United States and its commercialization.  He developed a 3rd generation wireless device standard and some of the first-generation smart phones for consumer use. He built and operated an in-building organization and its metrics for successful P&L including the Sprint Campus, 3M Campus, Atlanta Airport and two Super Bowls. John ran the first outsourced engineering implementation of a wireless network in the world as well the engineering due diligence of the largest managed services contract ever signed.

Recently, John is focused on business development and engineering functions leading to the development of new common protocol radio interface (CPRI) products. These products simplify testing of network RF components and equipment. John is currently driving new models for in-building solutions and finding ways to maximize scale. 

​John enjoys time with family and friends and tries to ensure that the best is always yet to come. Just another seasoned lacrosse player that still looks for a good game.

David Morris
CPM

David has been involved in the wireless industry for 13 years building and maintaining cellular systems. He started 5/15/2006 working on his first cell tower site building a mono poll. Quickly his knowledge and skill set grew and he became one of the youngest crew leads at his company.

Just after two years in, he became a foreman and rose in the ranks and continued down the path of leadership. In -45 to 120 degree temperature, David has worked on Sprint, TMO ATT, Nextel, and Cricket building the sites from the ground up and was an essential part to the first VZW LTE rollout in the country.  His driving force has always been the end project and the motivation was knowledge. 

David transitioned into the DAS side of the industry, starting/managing his fist DAS site in 2014. From there, he has worked and managed 50+ project and worked hands on 20+ sites.

David enjoys his off time spending time with family, carpentry, and home automation. He is always looking towards the future for new technology and the advancement of the industry.

Brian Jason
CPM

Brian has been a professional in the cellular industry for the better part of 15 years.  He started on the macro side of cellular as an unskilled helper and worked his way through the ranks very quickly.  Within the first 9 months, he was leading his own crew and quickly became the highest paid field employee in the company based on his skillset.  Brian continued down the path of leadership and was a crew lead on a multitude of projects.  He was responsible for the very first Verizon 4G LTE installation in the country.  He was an essential part of the first wave of the AT&T 4G LTE installation in the country as well.  Since then, with the onset of new technology and the flow of work in the industry, Brian has transitioned into DAS and small cell networks and has thrived in that arena as well, becoming a construction manager and guiding the construction and implementation of cellular micro sites throughout the United States 

Brian has always used his time to soak up as much knowledge and training as possible and has been able to quickly turn everything he has learned into profitable labor for each company he has worked for.  His experience has concentrated on the complete turnkey construction of cellular projects and along the way, he has earned certifications and training in almost every aspect of the installation of a cellular system, both indoor and outdoor.
